Walmart Pharmacy

I recently visited this store, but unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with my experience. Firstly, they do not have a fresh produce section, which is a common issue in this area and leaves customers with no alternative but to purchase more expensive produce elsewhere. Secondly, the employees are not very friendly or helpful. Although not all of them are like this, the majority do not smile and often appear angry, making it difficult to approach them for assistance. Lastly, the store does not provide bags, so you either have to bring your own or leave with items in our hands or piled in a cart. Despite this store being the cheapest option in my area, I wish they could improve on these issues.

Yes, they are busy but not too bad. The pharmacist and techs are helpful when I call them. They don't act like you are imposing on their time! Plus, walmart pharmacy has better hours then Costco and that is most helpful when you need to pick up a refill before church or even after 😉 Do yourself a favor and use this pharmacy because who doesn't have something they can pick up while at Wal-Mart? Jesus loves you and has a good plan for your life. It starts with obeying Acts 2:38

Always out of stock for 70/30 NovoLog, has been for last 9 months every time I call. Staff of store totally unhelpful when physically there, had one help me in electronics where they worked and had to find items on my own as they had no clue where to even look. Sore always has long lines and is crowed.

The pharmacy staff is always helpful to me. Very knowledgeable

Jan 31 - 11:30 am . Called the pharmacy and woman with Indian accent answered . She started to look into the system from my prescription without asking my name or DOB. I asked “ don’t you need my details such as name and DOB ? She then took my details and told me I had no medication ready or pending . So I called my doctor and they confirmed Wallmart had confirmed they had my prescription a week ago and confirmed it too . I called back again and another woman answered and told me I had no medication. I asked to speak to pharmacist and he confirmed I did have six medications to pick up . What a diabolical incompetent place of a pharmacy. I am so disgraced I am not even going this place and I have asked the doctor to call in my order elsewhere and this pharmacy. How the hell can you so incompetent that you don’t ask for patient details before looking for prescription are not able confirm medication when it’s already ready . What are you doing working there in a pharmacy when you cannot do the basic thing .
